Bitcoin is closing into an increasingly narrow range
A sideways consolidation with fairly clearly defined boundaries is forming on the Bitcoin chart. The area around $60,000 plays a particularly important role, having functioned as key support in recent weeks. Another test of this level could show whether buyers have enough strength to hold it.
The market reaction, volume development, and the price’s ability to prevent the formation of a new significantly lower low will be crucial. A convincing bounce from support would strengthen the bullish outlook. A breach, on the other hand, would open space for a deeper correction toward the $52,000 level.

Technical signals complemented by unfavorable macroeconomic environment
The July monthly candle did not confirm a reversal and closed below most previous monthly closes. A similar price structure also appeared on the market in 2022, when a period of consolidation was followed by another decline. The $52,000 level also represents a significant long-term price zone around which bitcoin has repeatedly moved in the past.
The market is waiting for a decisive impulse. The outlook is also complicated by inflation in the USA, which has remained persistently above the American central bank’s two percent target. Higher inflation expectations support rising government bond yields and limit investor interest in risky assets. Bitcoin’s further development will therefore be closely watched not only by small traders but also by large institutional players, including investment firms such as BlackRock.
