To predvideva sprememba zakona o prepre\u010devanju pranja denarja, ki jo bo vlada obravnavala v sredo. Standard raz\u0161irja tudi obveznosti trgovcev z virtualnim premo\u017eenjem, ki vklju\u010duje kriptovalute in NFT. Ministrstvo za finance spreminja zakon na podlagi priporo\u010dil strokovnjakov Sveta Evrope, ki so menili, da je sedanje besedilo standarda nezadostno.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Novi ukrepi in omejitve<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trenutno morajo ljudje prijaviti prenos ve\u010d kot 10.000 EUR (254.000 CZK) v gotovini \u010dez zunanje meje EU, kar velja le za mednarodna letali\u0161\u010da. Vendar je po mnenju strokovnjakov <strong>Sveta Evrope<\/strong> tak\u0161na ureditev nezadostna, saj povzro\u010da ranljivost v boju proti pranju premo\u017eenjske koristi, pridobljene s kaznivim dejanjem.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprememba zato uvaja obveznost z vi\u0161jo mejo tudi za prenos gotovine prek notranjih meja <a href=\"https:\/\/european-union.europa.eu\/index_cs\">EU<\/a>, tako osebno kot po po\u0161ti ali drugih po\u0161tnih storitvah. Na zahtevo carine bodo morali prijaviti lastnika in prejemnika te gotovine ter pojasniti, zakaj jo imajo pri sebi.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raz\u0161iritev obveznosti identifikacije<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160e ena zaostritev se nana\u0161a na trgovce z virtualnim premo\u017eenjem.<\/strong>  Zdaj bodo morali pri identifikaciji strank pridobiti informacije o identiteti izdajatelja ali prejemnika prenosa virtualnega premo\u017eenja. Njihove dol\u017enosti pri preverjanju strank bodo tako bli\u017eje dol\u017enostim drugih finan\u010dnih in kreditnih institucij.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zakon o prepre\u010devanju pranja denarja, znan tudi pod angle\u0161ko kratico <strong>AML<\/strong>, omogo\u010da identifikacijo dejanskih lastnikov podjetij, preiskavo izvora sredstev ali sumljivih finan\u010dnih transakcij. Zakon nalaga obveznost preverjanja strank zlasti poslovnim subjektom, ki bi lahko bili vklju\u010deni v transakcije, ki bi jih bilo mogo\u010de zlorabiti za pranje denarja ali financiranje terorizma.
