Ten umo\u017e\u0148uje firm\u00e1m z\u00edska\u0165 licenciu v jednej \u010dlenskej krajine a n\u00e1sledne p\u00f4sobi\u0165 v celej Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doh\u013ead v\u0161ak ost\u00e1va v ruk\u00e1ch n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch regul\u00e1torov, \u010do viedlo k tomu, \u017ee si kryptofirmy vyberali jurisdikcie s v\u00fdhodnej\u0161\u00edmi podmienkami. Niektor\u00e9 ve\u013ek\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti tak zakotvili napr\u00edklad v \u00cdrsku alebo Luxembursku, in\u00e9 vyu\u017eili Rak\u00fasko alebo Nemecko. Banky toti\u017e st\u00e1le \u010dastej\u0161ie pon\u00fakaj\u00fa kryptoslu\u017eby alebo poskytuj\u00fa slu\u017eby krypton\u00fdm spolo\u010dnostiam, \u010d\u00edm sa pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my m\u00f4\u017eu pren\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 aj do tradi\u010dn\u00e9ho finan\u010dn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Centralizovan\u00fd doh\u013ead pod ESMA by pod\u013ea centr\u00e1lnej banky pomohol zaisti\u0165 jednotnej\u0161ie pravidl\u00e1, zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 fragment\u00e1ciu trhu a obmedzi\u0165 cezhrani\u010dn\u00e9 rizik\u00e1.
