Z\u00e1kon ich del\u00ed do troch skup\u00edn: stablecoiny, akt\u00edva kryt\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00fdmi n\u00e1strojmi alebo majetkom a finan\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje vyd\u00e1van\u00e9 v elektronickej digit\u00e1lnej forme. Agent\u00fara pre regul\u00e1ciu a rozvoj finan\u010dn\u00e9ho trhu je zodpovedn\u00e1 za stanovenie konkr\u00e9tnych pravidiel pre vyd\u00e1vanie, obeh a sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 odk\u00fapenie t\u00fdchto akt\u00edv. V\u00fdnimkou s\u00fa stablecoiny, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa svoj vlastn\u00fd re\u017eim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subjekty, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa tieto digit\u00e1lne akt\u00edva vyd\u00e1va\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom digit\u00e1lnych platforiem, bud\u00fa musie\u0165 z\u00edska\u0165 licenciu od centr\u00e1lnej banky. Digit\u00e1lne finan\u010dn\u00e9 akt\u00edva z\u00e1rove\u0148 podliehaj\u00fa podobn\u00fdm po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m ako tradi\u010dn\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, t. j. pravidl\u00e1m v oblasti riadenia riz\u00edk, transparentnosti inform\u00e1ci\u00ed a ochrany investorov. \u0160t\u00e1t tak signalizuje, \u017ee nov\u00fa triedu akt\u00edv pova\u017euje za plnohodnotn\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 finan\u010dn\u00e9ho trhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bitcoin pod \u0161t\u00e1tnym doh\u013eadom<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1kon sa v\u00fdslovne odvol\u00e1va aj na kryptomeny, ako s\u00fa Bitcoin a Ethereum, ktor\u00e9 ozna\u010duje ako \u201enezabezpe\u010den\u00e9 digit\u00e1lne akt\u00edva\u201c. Na ich obchodovanie bud\u00fa vytvoren\u00e9 \u0161peci\u00e1lne burzy kryptomien, ktor\u00fdch \u010dinnos\u0165 bude licencovan\u00e1 a regulovan\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/nationalbank.kz\/en\">N\u00e1rodnou bankou Kazachstanu<\/a>. Centr\u00e1lna banka bude hra\u0165 k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu v celom syst\u00e9me.
