Tienes un gestor del fondo o un emisor, que es la empresa (por ejemplo, BlackRock, Fidelity o VanEck) que lo crea y lo gestiona. En mayo de 2024, la Comisi\u00f3n de Bolsa y Valores de Estados Unidos (SEC) dio luz verde a las grandes bolsas para que comenzaran a negociar con fondos de Ethereum. Esto se produjo despu\u00e9s de que ya hubiera aprobado los fondos ETF de Bitcoin. Por lo que parec\u00eda un paso m\u00e1s hacia la generalizaci\u00f3n de las criptomonedas. Sin embargo, hay que tener en cuenta una cosa fundamental: estos fondos al contado estadounidenses de Ethereum no pueden participar actualmente en el staking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probablemente no sea solo Estados Unidos. Canad\u00e1 aprob\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente los ETF al contado sobre Ethereum, y algunos canadienses incluso permiten obtener recompensas por el staking. Hong Kong aprob\u00f3 en abril de 2022 los ETF al contado sobre Bitcoin y Ethereum. No hay ni un solo fondo centrado en Ethereum en toda Europa que cubra todo el continente seg\u00fan las normas UCITS. Sin embargo, existen diferentes tipos de bonos cotizados en bolsa (ETN) y otros productos similares que permiten invertir en Ethereum, y algunos de ellos tambi\u00e9n ofrecen staking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-y-que-hay-del-mercado-checo\">\u00bfY qu\u00e9 hay del mercado checo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque los ETF locales sobre Ethereum a\u00fan no est\u00e1n disponibles en la Rep\u00fablica Checa, los inversores checos tienen acceso a los ETF al contado estadounidenses sobre Ethereum, que se negocian en bolsas como la NYSE desde junio de 2024. Para ello, basta con utilizar un br\u00f3ker internacional en l\u00ednea, como Degiro, Fio Direct o Interactive Brokers. En la UE supervisa la ESMA, en la Rep\u00fablica Checa la CNB y la Oficina de Protecci\u00f3n del Consumidor, pero los ETF al contado europeos sobre ETH a\u00fan no han sido aprobados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-que-les-depara-el-futuro-a-los-fondos\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 les depara el futuro a los fondos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es, pues, el futuro de los fondos de Ethereum? La situaci\u00f3n cambia r\u00e1pidamente. En el futuro, es posible que veamos fondos que ofrezcan staking (si las normas lo permiten), fondos gestionados activamente por profesionales o incluso fondos que le permitan apostar a favor o en contra de las fluctuaciones de los precios.
