April’s growth came after a longer period of caution and showed that the market<\/a> still has the strength to quickly shift sentiment. According to CoinGlass data, Bitcoin’s historical April average is 12.98%, so this year’s result fell short by only a slight margin. For investors, this is an important signal, as similarly strong months often reopen the debate about a possible continuation of the upward trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historical numbers also give bulls another reason for optimism. May has historically brought Bitcoin<\/a> an average appreciation of around 7.78%, although the statistics themselves naturally do not guarantee future performance. More optimistic voices, such as Michael van de Poppe, on the other hand, argue that Bitcoin does not need any major new story to return above $100,000.
