Analyst Tomas notes that the move has increased the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalreserve.gov\/\">Federal Reserve&#8217;s<\/a> net liquidity to $6.3 trillion, creating a favorable environment for risk assets such as bitcoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The balance on the TGA fell from $842 billion to $342 billion, marking a significant release of cash into the economy. By the end of April, liquidity could rise to $600 billion, and if debt ceiling negotiations continue through August, net liquidity could reach $6.6 trillion. In the past, it is situations like this that have helped <a href=\"https:\/\/crypto-globe.com\/en\/two-u-s-states-approve-crypto-laws-amid-market-challenges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">cryptocurrencies<\/a> grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tech and data point to growth<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her study, financial analyst Lyn Alden documents that bitcoin tracks global liquidity 83% of the time over a 12-month period. The research shows that BTC has the highest correlation with the movement of money in the markets of any asset tracked &#8211; even higher than <a href=\"https:\/\/trader-magazine.com\/news\/us-stocks-weakened-sp-500-index-closed-below-5000-points\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">stocks<\/a> or gold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical signals also contribute to <a href=\"https:\/\/crypto-globe.com\/en\/is-the-bearish-trend-in-bitcoin-about-to-return\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">bitcoin&#8217;<\/a> s growth.
